Hey ya’ll! I have a recipe for you. It combines some of my favorite things in life: brownies, oatmeal, and chocolate. You really can’t go wrong with this recipe. Just make sure that you don’t overload on the chocolate because then it can turn this healthy dish into a sweet fatty overload. Lets get this chocolate party started.
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1 packet of 20 calorie hot chocolate
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c fat free cottage cheese
a couple of Ghiradelli chocolate nibs
1/4 of a brownie (broken into pieces)
2. Microwave for 2:40-3 minutes in the microwave.
4. Add in cottage cheese and stir well so that it is spread evenly throughout the bowl.
6. Add a couple of chocolate chips (6-7) on top of oatmeal.
Enjoy this chocolatey bowl of goodness. You definitely won’t regret it. Plus you are getting a sweet treat while getting a healthy dose of fiber. Oatmeal is a great breakfast because it is super filling, provides you with a variety of health benefits, and you can make some tasty combinations.
